Meal Prep Kit Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the meal prep bag made out of?

The ThinkFit meal prep bags constructed using a durable, double insulated, nylon and polyester build. This is a completely unique design and has been tried and tested for years.

How long will it keep my food cold?

It is dependent on the conditions that the bag is placed in. Our two XL ice packs can keep the compartment cold for up to 12 hours in mild conditions but if you leave it in the sun in a hot car that time can be significantly reduced. While some people will use the bag simply as transportation between their home and work fridge, others use it as their meals mini-fridge for the length of the day. If that is the case you can add additional ice packs (there is extra room) and test out specific conditions to make sure your food is staying cold.

How big is the main inside compartment of the meal prep bag?

The inside compartment is 7.5"H X 10"L X 6.5"W.

How long is the shoulder strap?

The Shoulder strap is adjustable and can be lengthened to 48 inches long from Clip to Clip.

Are the containers dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe?

Yes, all of our containers are dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe along with being BPA free. We recommend not putting the lids in the microwave as they can warp. Instead, place a paper towel over your container to avoid splashing.

Does your bag fit other meal prep containers?

Short answer is yes! The inside compartment is 7.5"H X 10"L X 6.5"W, so whatever you can fit inside is very welcome by our bag. We don’t discriminate.

How big are the six included BPA free containers?

The four big containers hold 2.5 cups each or 900ml. The two smaller containers hold 1.5 cups each or 600ml.

Is the side pocket big enough to hold my phone, keys, and wallet?

The dimensions are 7 in wide, 6 in height and almost 2 inches deep(thick) which should be big enough to hold all of your accessories, just don’t try shoving your laptop in there.

What is the purpose of the screw-on components of the shaker cup?

Those are to hold your pre-workout and/or post-workout protein powder and supplements. We also include a 3 section divider for organizing snacks and supplements. However, you can also put a key in there, money, chapstick, an extra set of headphones - don’t let us limit you.

How big is the shaker cup?

The shaker cup is a standard 23oz cup with measurements on the side up to 20oz. It includes additional screw-on compartments described above.

Do you have any recipes specifically for the portion control containers?

Yes we do and we are always sharing new recipes via our email newsletter and social accounts. Be sure to connect with us on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest (links are at the bottom of the page in the bottom right corner) and sign up for our newsletter if you haven’t already.

At Home Core System Frequently Asked Questions:

What size is the yoga ball?

The yoga ball is the standard/most common 65cm size.

How much should I inflate the ball and the ring?

Both should be inflated until they are “tight” to the touch and the yoga ball will be roughly 65cm tall. Check out our assembly video here for more details: (Link to assembly video)

Do you have any videos showing the exercises on the poster?

We are working on those! There are lots of great videos available on YouTube - just search for “yoga ball exercises” and you will find a good variety. As soon as we finish our videos we’ll be sure to send out an email sharing them. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter by clicking here. Don’t worry, we only email ever so often and never share your email address with anyone else.

The ring seems too big for the something wrong?

Not at all - the ring is supposed to be bigger so that when you are using/sitting on the ball and it “expands” out that it fits perfectly inside the ring.

The yoga ball and/or ring has lost some air, is something wrong?

This is very common. Air loss can happen when first setting the system up as they will stretch. Changes in environment, temperature, and humidity will affect the air volume as well, just like tires in a car. Just add more air if needed!

The resistance bands with handles seem too long for some exercises, what should I do?

It’s easy to add resistance by shortening the length of the bands by wrapping them under the ring. See our assembly video for easy to follow instructions on how to do that here (link to video).

How much weight can the yoga ball handle?

The burst weight of the ball is well over 800 pounds and the material is anti-burst so if the ball is accidentally punctured it will not burst.
